Weather and ATS Data - This is a KMZ (Google Earth) file. Download and double click it in a computer which has Google Earth installed, in the left hand side dropdown window, under "Places" you will find all overlays, select the desired overlay and it will get superimposed on the main picture. Data like Doppler Radar Pictures, Kalpana Satellite image products, ATS Route etc.
